How long does my order take to ship?

Because each item is handmade with care, please allow 2–business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please keep in mind that the 2–3 business day processing time does not include the shipping time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

What is your return policy? 

Because our products are handmade specifically with care, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 daysy of yourdelivery so we can help make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our items are handmade and we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order.

Once your order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or issue a cancellation.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
